Due to the nature of the products offered, several types of goods are ineligible for returns and refunds. Specifically, downloadable software products, including typeface(s) provided by Outline Online, are non-refundable. Given the digital format of fonts, once payment has been completed, refunds are not permissible. This policy is in place because there is no method for Outline Online to verify if copies of the font software are retained by the purchaser. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you review your shopping cart meticulously before finalising any purchase from Outline Online.

The exchange policy of Outline Online, as stipulated in the EULA, is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, exchanges cannot be accommodated. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please send an email to info[at]outline-online[dot]com within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The email must include the order number of the item(s) to be exchanged and a detailed explanation of the defect or damage. Outline Online shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond her reasonable control.
